Abstract

In Islamic Law, not all tricks (al-hiyal) are prohibited. Only the tricks that destroy the God`s purpose of legislation are prohibited. Therefore, this article attempts to discuss both prohibited and unprohibited tricks, and draw a distintive different between the two.
